Koontz Photography Ive been shopping at ART pool gallery for years even though I live across the state. Marina has made it very easy to shop online and get exactly what I want. Everything comes safely packaged and in a timely manner. I was recently able to visit the shop in person and had a lovely experience. There were so many amazing things to look at, and everyone on the staff was so kind and helpful. Steven Burroughs I purchased a rocking chair cushion online for $27 plus shipping of $8.95. We received the cushion and it was very uncomfortable, so we returned it today. I received a refund of $27 and was informed that the shipping is "generally not returned". I chose not to challenge the statement, "generally not returned". I lost 33% of the purchase price when this was not refunded. One of the online managers ask me to call customer service and my $8.95 was refunded. Thank you for doing that as my faith has been restored in JC Penneys!

Needless to say, Daniel went above and beyond to distinguish my experience from the others, and, it cannot be overstated - his deals *will not* be beaten. He accepted my initial proposal, which, honestly, stunned me a bit, since no other jeweler in my area came close! All turned out to be spectacular and more impressive than expected! Beautiful clarity, tremendous sparkle and shine, all-around! I receive so many compliments on a daily basis!
