Ms. Martha was the 1st person I meet. I told her exactly what I liked and she made the whole process nice and easy. I mean it was a breeze. She remember everything I told her and executed. Nicolas from HPP financial is another great person, he handled my mortgage. He did what he said he would from the start. He was so nice and patient with me being this is my 1st mortgage. He actually took the time to answer all my phone calls and explain things to me I didn’t know or understand when it came down to a mortgage. Bianka, Franco, Britt and Adryanna all of them answered every question I asked. Bianka told me and went over everything about my newly build house. I love them, everyone treated me like I was family and looked out for me through the whole process. I’m so happy and overly pleased with my brand new house. Mathew P Theyre so great over here at amscot!! They hold a special place in my heart theyve helped me so very much. People talk about the crazy interest rate but really its like twenty to forty bucks to get some cash for a couple few weeks and really its no different than having a really good friend that knows youll pay them back so you throw a little on top. Thank you team, your greatly appreciated! Read some of the other reviews and decided to expand upon my review. These people behind the counter work extremely fast and are very efficient at what they do to be honest. Ive been using amscot and tell ya what Ive NEVER had a bad experience, the staff is friendly and if they ask something of you its because they NEED it to do their job. Theyre not being any kind of way about anything except for following protocol which is their job. To anyone I ask that had a bad experience [ I get everyones not having the best day but remember theres two sides to every story]. How did you act? These people are good right in right out, they handle the lines well, they move them through fast anyways so theres really not much of a line to speak of.

dawn Eubanks Made an appointment through the website. Had a no show by the company. Contacted the corporate number to get help. The company sent an email to the Live Oak office and we have yet to be contacted in any form to get the taxes finished.
