4 /5 Brian Alletto: The 3.5 review on google is due to nobody understanding cost (Every bad review is about price increases people experienced). You dont stay in business building homes for more cost than what you sell them for. We walked into 20K instant equity once our house was done so I would say it was worth it. It was completed 4 months after the quote due to supply chain issues. The house is built well and value for what we paid. They did follow up on their warranty issues. Communication was tough but they got the job done. I hired them to build me a house; not become my friend!

4 /5 Wilson charlot: Our Experience with Heartland Homes of Florida My wife and I are very happy we chose Heartland Homes of Florida. From the beginning, the team made the entire home-buying experience smooth and stress-free. Martha Vargas was the first person we met. She welcomed us warmly and helped us get started on our journey. After visiting several homes in LaBelle and Lehigh Acres, we met Franco. He really listened to what we were looking for and took us to Early Lane — where we ended up purchasing our beautiful home. Everyone made the process simple and enjoyable. Nicolas from HPP Financial, who handled our mortgage, was very friendly, kind, and helpful. He answered all our questions and was always just a phone call away. Closing on our home went smoothly, and we were thrilled to finally move in. After moving in, we had some issues with the new home, and that’s when I met Savannah. For the past seven months, she has been amazing to work with. She’s truly dedicated to making sure we’re happy and satisfied. Some of the issues included the garage, the main entrance door, concrete around the driveway, and especially the AC and air handler unit. There was also a leak in the foundation of the garage — and Savannah made sure that was taken care of. At this point, she feels like family to us — like a big sister. I can just text her whenever something needs attention, and she always does her best to make it right. Her support has meant a lot to us, and we’re grateful for the way she continues to help us even months after closing. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Heartland Homes of Florida. Thank you to Martha, Franco, Nicolas, and especially Savannah for everything!

Alain Fernandez was the sale representative and he is very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Heartland Homes, Kevin and Alain. Our home is beautiful and looks even better than we were expecting. Exceeded our expectations! Please be patient when building a new home, takes time, weather conditions, permits, and contractors can delayed the construction process, but it’s well worth the wait. It’s something all builders go through. But the results are amazing and well worth the time. So happy with the home! They did an amazing job with our home! Extremely happy! The tiles, appliances and all the upgrades in the bathrooms are so nice!!! If you are looking for a new home stop by and check them out. They look even better in person! 5 /5 Danielle Greene: I just want to say my experience was a blessing, it couldn’t have been better. I’m sooo happy I chose Heartland Homes of Florida to build my 1st home. Ms. Martha was the 1st person I meet. I told her exactly what I liked and she made the whole process nice and easy. I mean it was a breeze. She remember everything I told her and executed. Nicolas from HPP financial is another great person, he handled my mortgage. He did what he said he would from the start. He was so nice and patient with me being this is my 1st mortgage. He actually took the time to answer all my phone calls and explain things to me I didn’t know or understand when it came down to a mortgage. Bianka, Franco, Britt and Adryanna all of them answered every question I asked. Bianka told me and went over everything about my newly build house. I love them, everyone treated me like I was family and looked out for me through the whole process. I’m so happy and overly pleased with my brand new house.
