Liberty Tax - Live Oak (FL)

2 /5 dawn Eubanks: Made an appointment through the website. Had a no show by the company. Contacted the corporate number to get help. The company sent an email to the Live Oak office and we have yet to be contacted in any form to get the taxes finished.

1 /5 Boobie Butt: I’ve been doing my taxes with these people for 3 years now and they can’t ever seem to get it together. I was told my taxes were done and would be ready to sign she just wanted the lady to go over it and to come back in the morning. I called around 2pm to check before I came in because my daughter came down sick but she told me they have been busy and would call me when it’s ready but never got a call today! I don’t see how I’m getting pushed back because there to lazy to just go over it and get it done! I guess I’m just gonna have to go up there and sit with my sick daughter! Not to mention there rude!!! Will not be doing my taxes here anymore and I don’t recommend anyone else either. They wanna talk about the people that worked there before them but there just as bad. I told the lady that was doing my taxes that it took the lady who did it last year 2 days and she was like well I’m already done. Well obviously not because now here it will be the 3ed day tomorrow.

1 /5 Wendy Brown: These people are rude! Kerry the lady that sits at the back is lazy and the lady that prepared my taxes was rude didn’t even introduce herself! I’ve been filing with them for 7 years and this is the 2nd I’ve ran into rude tax preparers. It’s different people there every year.

1 /5 Daysi Guerra: The people in this office are very rude without any type of professionalism, especially the manager, they are not interested in offering good customer service, it is truly a shame to have had such a horrible experience as a customer.
