Austin exhibits an unusual combination of academic excellence, quick-witted intelligence on his feet, confidence, humility and conscientiousness. I’m an old guy, I’ve been around the block. My biggest issue with all the other lawyers I’ve hired in the past was that I never felt like I was getting the same value out of their representation as the money I paid. They always manage to disappoint me, and I always walk away unimpressed. They frequently take advantage of their clients’ perceived weak intellect by power tripping and unethically billing. Its not their innate disposition, the profession turns them that way. Not with Austin. Hes is one of those exceedingly rare lawyers who are not cut throat greedy and condescending with their clients. Importantly, Austin delivers results, he delivers value. If he doesn’t deliver, which is probably infrequent or non-existent, you can rest assured that he’s conscientious enough to not bill unfairly.
