2 /5 L Henry: I would not bank with this bank especially if you are skin of color. When I first opened my account they pulled a hard credit report against my credit just to open the account. Its showing against me as a hard inquiry. I came in to open 3 accounts had my cashiers checks with a descent amount for each account. I was with them for about 7 months until I asked for a loan, even though large amount of money was in my accounts and there was a business account opened as well. I was told they would not give the requested amount even though my credit score is and at that time over 800+. I have my car loan with them and evertime, I pay a principal payment they take part for intrest. When I contact customer service for correction they would tell me its been corrected only to find out they add 115.00 dollars to my loan balance. Now, when I look at my savings account they have made transactions against my account that I never made. I have since moved all funds and transferred it to Space Coast Credit union. I called and inquired about a another loan at a later time just getting information about it. I was told it would take 30days to do the process. I reached out to Space Coast credit union and was given the loan and process completed in 3days. This is why Space Coast credit union has my business.
