Even when I did not understand the process they were their to explain the process at every step. They always answered the phone and talked to us which is a rarity these days! I am shocked that some people would think they were rude and did not help them . The legal process can be very cumbersome and confusing at times but that is where the lawyer takes over because they know the process even if you do not or understand it. Mike R A friend of mine needed a good attorney as the state was trying to bury her and the public defender didnt seem to care.
