"navigating insurance" doesnt have to be "frustrating" when all questions asked are being answered or explained, rather than picking and choosing in a short unbothered email.
I have spoken to quite a few agencies and insurance companies that werent as short sided when they realized that binding a policy to my home wouldnt be as easy as we both hoped it would me. They still detailed and carefully went through my options and answered ALL of my questions.
Common folk dont understand the insurance world the same way that a professional in the field does, so, if they are at the very least asking questions to make sure that things go smoothly how much more difficult is it to answer those questions when they are being asked? rather than picking and choosing what to answer and when things continue to not go as expected and sending more vague responses.
Hope this helps as to why I only left one star, and didnt put an explanation.
Also, in regards to the questions I wanted answered, I got my answers from a different agency. Thank you.
