Rob Nixon It was a pleasure doing business with the Live Oak branch. Amanda Ulbrich helped us get an urgent transfer completed on the spot even though we were not members of the bank. After taking our paperwork to the Post Office for a overnight package, we returned to the bank and met Roger who signed us up as members. Mandy Lynn I stopped by the bank yesterday and tried to use the ATM, but it wasn’t working—and there was no sign saying it was out of order. I went through all the steps, waited forever to get my card back, and then finally got a message on the screen saying it wasn’t dispensing cash. Super frustrating. A simple “out of order” sign could’ve saved me (and probably others) a lot of time. Since the ATM didn’t work, I had to go inside. I do like this bank because it’s close to home and the staff is always nice when I go in, but they’re seriously understaffed. There was only one teller working both the front desk and the drive-thru, which doesn’t seem fair to her or the customers.

Kassandra Jefford I’ve been putting off purchasing insurance for the last 3 years. I’m glad I made the time to speak with Jahlinda. She is very knowledgeable and understanding. What I enjoyed the most about her educating me is that she was not pushy and just trying to make a sale. I truly appreciate her time and expertise.
