Surprisingly, the owner offered to fix it right then! He was honest and upfront because he weighed the broken clasp and gave me the credit for it as well.

5 /5 Lace Wu: Caesar’s Jewelers and the entire staff are amazing! I had a dire issue that pressed me for a repair that was no fault of their own. I explained my heartfelt situation to them, and they truly understood. They took it into their own hands (literally), and helped me. They’re always buried in work for weeks out, but I NEEDED to get a repair by a certain deadline. They held up to what they promised. I will always remember this, and my whole family and friend circle will hear about how meaningful this was to me. I will certainly keep coming back to this establishment, and by the way, they have a gorgeous display of marine jewelry that never ceases to amaze me. Great jeweler and family owned. Excellent moral standards.
