Rhonda Babcock and Palm Bay Road location: The people that work here are very nice. My ONLY complaint for this location is the ATM service. Many of us rely on the convenience of the ATM as we cant get to the bank during their regular operating hours, thats why ATM function is so vitally important for alot of us. I rely ALOT on the "deposit" function. Cant use it 80% of the time though if you get off later from your job. I had a conversation with one of the associates over the phone because it was very frustrating for me after numerous TRIPS trying to make a deposit later in the day. She stated that its because of businesses that do many night deposit "drops" which in turn, shuts down the "cash deposit function". It only allows "check" deposits at this point. One positive about their ATM function is (when its accessible), you can take out quite a bit of money in one transaction and the Lobby opens up for several hours on Saturday.

Branden Staff was very friendly and professional! Helped me set up an account in a very short visit. Answered all of my questions and was an overall very good experience! The account is free of charges as long as you are responsible and keep your balance in the black, and they even gave me my debit card right on the spot! I didnt have to wait to use the account if I needed to! The nice woman who set up my account even set up the app on my phone so I could monitor my account activity! This is a great place to bank so far! I think it will continue to be my favorite bank! Thank you everyone at Crews! I Highly recommend this bank to everyone!
