Travis Licht Suntrust is the worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. They are terrible assisting in business accounts, and definitely are not client friendly. Suntrust gives no explanation for procedures they implement pertaining to the money in your account (withdraws, deposits, checks, holds, etc). If you prefer to work with a bank that’s not a constant headache I’d recommend you take your money and business somewhere else.

Ryan McAndrew Kiersten was absolutely phenomenal. She took the time to explain every detail in a way that was easy to understand and never rushed us through the process. She made sure we fully grasped each step before moving forward, which gave us complete confidence in the decisions we were making.
