ashley lin Harrison and the team at village jeweler were incredible, efficient, and kind. My fiancé and I went through a customization process with a different jeweler in our hometown and were so disappointed. We took the ring to village jeweler and Harrison was so quick to resolve all of our ring issues, redesigning and recasting the perfect ring. I would strongly recommend paying with cash here and not card; I paid with card as a card-present transaction, and the staff proceeded to write down the CVV2 code for their records, which is highly atypical for contactless transactions, and violates Visas conditions to not request a Card Verification Value 2 (CVV2) from the Cardholder for a Card-Present Environment Transaction (5.4.3.1). Pricing on chains was reasonable enough, and they had a decent selection, even in larger sizes.

Janie Renaud I had a wonderful experience at Pembroke Jewelers. Melissa greeted me and had suggestions for repair of a vintage bracelet. She was very professional and got back to me with the cost after the jeweler assessed it. Very fair price and quick repair. I picked up the bracelet and they not only repaired the clasp and added a few links but cleaned it and polished it. Beautiful work.
