I recently visited Brittanys Jewelers to have several pieces of jewelry appraised for estate purposes, and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. Mr. Jim was absolutely wonderful—patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. He took the time to listen as I shared the stories behind each piece, treating them with the respect and care they deserved. Brittanys Jewelers came highly recommended by someone I trust, and she did not steer me wrong! The service was so friendly and welcoming that I decided to have several rings resized and a few other items repaired while I was there. Everything was handled beautifully. On top of their excellent service, they also have a lovely selection of items for sale. I’m already looking forward to returning— as a buyer! Thank you, Mr. Jim, for making this such a positive and memorable experience!

5 /5 cali maren: We have been to Brittany’s once before and they did such a great job in resizing my ring, we had to go back again and they definitely didn’t disappoint, it looks absolutely perfect, you can’t tell they did anything to it, and they had to go up 4 sizes. Everyone in there is so nice too and helpful. I recommend everyone to go here for jewelry and any jewelry needs! They really care!

5 /5 James Sharp: Believe the great reviews. Save yourself the trouble of shopping around and just go see these folks. They sell beautiful jewelry and their service is impeccable. We worked with Jim on an engagement ring and two bands. It was an absolutely superb experience from beginning to end. The first thing that struck me: I initially sent an email early one morning. They open at 10am and Jim replied at 10:15. We went to see him a week or so later and we are now the proud owners of gorgeous Simon G jewelry. Jim has been doing this for umpteen years. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and is very passionate about the jewelry business. Save yourself the aggravation of shopping around and just go see Jim at Brittanys.

5 /5 Maria K: Amazing jewelry store! My husband and I got our wedding bands here and we love them! The workers are very helpful, honest, professional, and kind. Matt did an incredible job helping us find our bands. He was very patient throughout the whole process. He even cleaned my engagement ring when I visited. I highly recommend visiting this store! They have a great selection of rings, earrings, necklace chains, etc.

Later on, I needed some custom jewelry work so I called around for pricing and decided to go back to Brittany’s. They did an amazing job so we decided to take another piece in that needed a repair. Amanda (and the staff) is fantastic. I’m very grateful to have such a wonderful local option for repairs and jewelry! Their store is very nice, clean, and well organized. Their work is flawless.
