Rachel Lowe I wish I had a great review to leave, but unfortunately every time I have had to deal with Highmark, it is because something hasn’t been done. I have been with them for over 2 years and the last two renewals my home owners insurance has been cancelled due to non-payment from my mortgage company to Frontline. When I talk to my mortgage company, they claim they never receive the information from the insurance company. When I talk to Highmark they point the finger right back. Today is 5/11 and apparently my insurance was cancelled on 5/5 and I have yet to hear from Highmark about it. I am looking for a new company asap!!

Maddy Bird Kat was super helpful and easy to speak to, and made picking a plan far less overwhelming. I had spent the day shopping around for the best rate and felt like people were throwing numbers at me but explaining nothing. Kat was very straightforward in explaining the different policy - things- such that I cant say I understand insurance any more than I did before but I at least felt confident I was making the right choice going with StateFarm and the personal policy she worked out for me. John Stransky My Agent, Christy Smith, has been superb to work with. I called today to update my Personal Umbrella policy about 2:30 this afternoon. Before 4 oclock I was electronically signing documents to put the policy in force and also adjust my Auto policy to comport to the new Umbrella policy. Easy to work with and extremely efficient, polite and friendly. Happy with Christy and Brown Insurance Services.

Michelle Garulli I was comparing health coverage between what was offered through my employer & whats out there. I spoke with Chris Florer and he was super helpful. He went over what he had to offer and answered all my questions very professionally. Chris was able to help my husband with health care coverage. As for me, it was basically the same cost so I stuck with my employer. I also spoke with Heather Stewart in regards to insurance coverage for my vehicle as well as my husbands. She was able to get me a more affordable plan with the same coverage I am currently paying for. I highly recommend this Insurance company. They are kind, courteous & professional with their customers.

C N Back in 2010-2011, I had some issues as well. There were agent changes etc. but since then, I have had nothing but great things to say. If it werent for Keesha being who she is and showing awesome customer service.. well, if she left, it wouldnt be the same without her. She deserves a raise in my book. Any questions i have ever had about my account, or if I "forget" to pay my membership dues, she has always called me to remind me. Either it was coming due or simple "I know you must have forgotten to pay it online" She handles her self with diginity and shows respect to anyone she comes in contact with. Well done!
