Amanda is actually a neighbor of mine, and after buying our home, I patiently waited as she recommended, until the insurance markets settled down after some horrible turmoil. We also needed to surpass a benchmark five-year claims free period given a prior homeowner claim, before eligibility. Nicole called me this week to bring us a quote, bundling auto and home, once we were welcomed in by State Farm. Within two days, bound coverage.
