Douglas Tillman I’ve been using Hayward Brown for years. I don’t typically leave reviews unless someone goes above and beyond. Annette is my agent ( or liaison ) with Hayward Brown and at renewal time for my auto policy she noticed that I was paying what we thought was too high of an amount. Not only did she get me a better rate but she also got me better coverage. On top of that ; with the new policy I incurred a cost that I was unaware of. Annette felt that the charge was unreasonable and took the issue up the chain of command and as a result, Hayward Brown covered the cost. Unbelievable customer service. Above and beyond. After spending a large amount of money on impact window and "strapping" my roof down, the agent told me to celebrate my windstorm had dropped to just over $4,000. I was licking my wounds when someone referred me to We Insure. Kim McEvers and his team did their research and now I pay less than $1,800 for Windstorm. We Insure has helped me with my flood insurance, hazard and auto insurance. At one point, they even told me auto insurance might be more affordable with carriers they dont work with. I have four kids and at one point three were on my policy. I appreciate the direct response and no-nonsense approach of the team.
