When my previous homeowners insurance company raised my rates substantially, they were able to save me a lot of money with Allstate. I have since gone back to them for my car insurance and reduced that cost as well. Highly recommend them.

Allstate in Defuniak Springs was the first place I dealt with, I had an immediate response from Brian Hawkins who was able to provide me with a policy that was right for me based on my driving activity. It was within a matter of days that I had the appropriate policy activated and I have been pleased ever since! 1 /5 Karen Castiglione: I dont even have allstate insurance but I have been trying to help my mom with her policy. Since dad passed away it has been a nightmare! They want to add a child that no longer lives with us to her policy and claim the only way to remove him is to give them all his private information. When I stated my insurance company hasnt required this, I was basically called a liar. I cannot talk her into changing companies fast enough.

1 /5 Dave Sanders: Just found out another LIE told to me by one of their agents. I went there because their agent told me she could definitely save me money over my State Farm Insurance. I told her I wanted the same coverage I had with State Farm. I left with her assurance that I would have equal or better coverage than State Farm AND SAVE MONEY. IT WAS ALL A LIE 100% deception and lies. My insurance WENT UP by $30 a month, and yesterday my wife was run into by another car so we had to car towed to a shop, and found out today WE DO NOT HAVE RENTAL COVERAGE. SO MANY LIES!!!! NEVER USE ALLSTATE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!
