Taylor Menne I brought my Papa’s watch in after finding it clearing out my Mimi’s house after she passed earlier this year. I was very close with my Papa and thought it would be so special to have his watch in working order again so I could wear it for myself. There was some wear/erosion from him wearing it often. Boggs brought it back to life! From start to finish the whole experience was so nice. Laura was the sweetest and most gentle in understanding how special this piece was to me. I can’t thank Laura and the watch repair specialist (sorry I didn’t get his name!) enough for taking such delicate care of my Papa’s watch and restoring it so I can wear it in his memory. You can see his creations which are absolutely amazing !! I wanted a custom, handmade Cuban link chain 9 mm wide 24 inches long a handmade lock and my initials in diamonds. After speaking with Laura, she told me she could have this made in a week or so I was impressed !! A week later I picked up my chain at a FedEx location and was blown away by how heavy and beautiful it is, words can’t describe how amazing this chain feels around my neck !! The attention to detail is like none other the quality of the gold and diamonds, the craftsmanship and workmanship are the best that you’ll ever find. Myra If you need repairs or custom jewelry this is the place to go to . Lidia was so sweet and knowledgeable. Shes been in business for about 50 years I believe (dont quote me on that). But she let us know shes professionally been in the jewelry business since she was 17 years old. Such a hidden gem inside The Mantle. I fell in love with a couple of pieces of hers and will definitely come back. We didnt buy anything but struck a great conversation with her. She was so insightful and such a great energy she carries. I love supporting local business and have always wanted a custom made engagement ring. My bf and I looked around and I tried a couple.
