2 /5 William Rivera: I opened a account and some how it has a old address and they sent the card to my old address now they are telling me it was my fault when I applied with my correct address and license now they want to charge me 15 dollars to get a new care and it was the banks fault what is really going on with bofa makes me wanna go bank with a different bank Ricardo the manager is not a friendly person and asked multiple times if I wanted to close my account with bofa instead of helping the customer

I definitely recommend this bank.

Walked in to handle an important transaction and all the managers were gracious and helpful in helping me get things done. Additionally. Raoul walked me through the process and helped to make things seamless. Even though this is a high tourist area, locals like myself who bank and shop in the area appreciate the attention to detail and sense of community. Thank you!

1 /5 emel erdemanar: This bank charged me an outrageous $8 fee just to cash a $500 check —money that belonged to me. The check came from my elderly teacher who couldn’t use Zelle, teacher is bank of America customer, so I had no choice. I am not a customer, and after this experience, I never will be. Charging people to access their own money is predatory and unethical. This institution doesn’t serve the community—it exploits it. If this is how they treat people on the outside, I can only imagine the hidden fees and shady practices they impose on their actual customers. Beware.
