I was in a very bad situation financially with my previous marriage with no control over my finances which took a huge toll on my credit. Always super friendly on the phone and super easy to work with. People may complain about the rates and high payments, but understand the risk they’re taking with someone who has a lower credit score. No complaints here. Only wish they had an online portal. Was solicited to come to “Customer appreciation days” where I could supposedly refinance my loan and get some Christmas cash DENIED. Branch told me I would never quality for that amount in their branch Whose running this business? The home office or the branch? Wasted 4 hours traveling from Bonifay and 2 of those hours for them to check my credit Wondering if I will qualify for a refinance or another loan ever at this branch Paying $72 a month, it’s hard but it’s paid on time.
