Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) - Fernandina Beach (FL)

1 /5 Calvin Phuong: This location is quite disappointing. Their drive-thru ATM, of which only one exist out of three lanes, is constantly not working. Do not attempt to call this place via phone. It is an absolute waste of time. They will never answer the phone and there is no recourse for having a callback. VyStar credit Union is a much better bank and they do not charge ridiculous fees as does Bank of America. I have been a customer with Bank of America for nearly 20 years. That will be ending this year. Much of that has to do with the lack of service from Bank of America in Fernandina Beach and yulee.

4 /5 Shauna Allen: The staff were friendly and genuinely caring, which was especially appreciated during a sensitive time when I was handling my late fathers accounts. They were kind and attentive, making a difficult process more manageable. However, one area for improvement would be attention to detail. Although the death certificate was scanned in during my visit, it was later rejected by Bank of Americas estate department due to improper scanning that cut off important information. This oversight unfortunately added weeks of delay to an already challenging process.

1 /5 Bobbi Bittercress: My family member tried to make a cash deposit for me at this location due to an emergency I was experiencing. Staff refused even with proper account information. I was given the managers number and told she would discuss it with me instead of over the cell phone. I called the manager, Adrianna, who I was told was awaiting my call. She actively chose to not answer her phone. I tried five times to call and gave up. My family member could see that she was not on actively on the phone as I was calling. Absolute trash service and likely the straw that broke this camels back in regards to BoA service. I’ll be closing my account. Thanks Adrianna! You’ve lost a customer of over a decade! Nice job!
