Crystal Attas Maxine and Jessica have been such a big help! I just moved back to FL and they made switching banks and setting up a savings account for my newborn so seamless and stress free. They are both personable, friendly, and the office is very professional. Highly recommend!

Bobby Do and Connector Carol Had a loan with B of A that had been paid off, but there were delays in getting the zero balance letter. Called this branch, was told by Charles to come in and hed help me out. Long wait, but Edwin was free and took the torch. Made a couple of calls and I walked out of there with a fax showing a zero balance. Couldnt have been better.

Audrey Elmore Jarrod helped me with restructuring my settlement. he was patient and understanding throughout the whole process, he took the time to write up different plans for me so that i could figure out what one would be best for me, he stayed in contact throughout the whole process which took about a month. i’m very happy with the outcome, thank you Jarrod and Black Square Financial!

Jessica Nichole Justin is always so great at the Lakeland store. Been going thru liberty for 10+ years and I’ve never been disappointed. Between Justin and Jenny you can’t go wrong !

Christa Hickingbottom Linda is absolutely fantastic. Best location we have ever visited. Had an appointment at another location and for some reason (hope everyone is OK) they didnt open the office. Called Mrs Linda and she got us in ASAP. Super friendly and great at what she does. Thank you all so much for the wonderful experience.

Emily Church Kim and Greg Taylor are seriously phenomenal and make a great team! Kim has been my main contact during my first home purchase. Not only is she super responsive and knowledgeable, but she also truly cares for all of her clients. If you don’t understand something, she will ensure you understand before the end of the conversation. She never makes you feel bad for those “silly” questions either. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time speaking with her. Blue Sand is the way to go!
