1 /5 Shannon Jones: I moved 2 Lakeland about a year ago & called this company 2 transfer my policy from my previous city. Everything seemed okay until the spring & my son was inquiring about insurance for his own vehicle and they wanted 2 add him on my policy as an additional driver & he doesnt even live with me. I NEVER received any type of communication either by text, email. phone call or mail so come 2 find out they suspended my license due to insurance just recently. Thanks 4 communicating......
