1 /5 TZiah Speights: I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this is place is horrible to do business with!! They need more training. Over a month and a half ago I called and telling them I no longer wanted to do business with them and that I Did not want to renew my policy with them. Instead of the lady informing me then that I needed to sign a form a cancellation process or whatever she didn’t inform me at all. I get a message today stating that they’re gonna take $2800 out of my account and that the payment has already posted and I called in and I am angry because I’ve already told them I no longer want to do business with them they now tell me there’s nothing they can do about it. I just have to sign a form and wait for Bristol West to refund me my money even though I’ve told them multiple times I no longer wanted to do business with them or renew my policy with them. horrible place of business
