Joseph Nichols I paid 1000.00 to penske truck when they said they have a lender for my truck loan. penske said that r and k was going to do the loan. I paid r and k 1195.00 via a credit card once it all came down r and k stop working with me and told me that to borrow 25000. was going to cost me 49000. for a three year loan I refused and now they will not returned my deposit. I was never told the interest rate only that my payment was going to be 1361.00 for there years after weeks later.

Kat, the branch manager, went above and beyond for me today when I was in a bind. Jackie has also been great to work with. I recommend this branch to anyone.
