1 /5 Jose: They refused to put me in a payment plan and demanded a FULL payment of more than $1000.00 even though they dropped the ball by not properly adding the solid waste bill to my property taxes. I submitted proof of unemployment and send an initial check for $40.00 begging them to put me in a payment plan to no avail. What else can you expect from a department that once its chief finance director was fired for questionable budget transfers. Prideful and incompetent department that they rather to collect late fees than held its own people accountable for mishandling peoples account. They are not customer service oriented at all.

5 /5 Gabrielle Muir: The most highly efficient government agency that I have worked with to get documents from. Additionally besides being so professional they were also beyond helpful employees, we were very fortunate enough to get Jessica A, who was exceptional in assisting us thru the process so seamlessly. Ironically we made some mistakes on the form which she picked up. Five star service, also the welcome reception and security, who ever is training and hiring this department did phenomenal.
