Nicholas Harris Amazing customer service! Took the time to make sure the job was done right the first time. Very informative on the limitations of how much work could be performed on the specific piece of jewelry I brought in before its structural integrity would be compromised. Rings actually looked better than new when everything was finished and the price to quality of craftsmanship ratio was beyond fair. Would recommend to anyone who needs work done on their fine jewelry.

Honest Jew These people are some of the most unprofessional in the business. They wanted to charge me $1600 to repair a clasp on a watch that sells on eBay for $1600. They kept me on the hook trying to sell me a n extremely cheap quality leather band with a markup of hundreds as a backup plan for them. They are going to argue on the review that they didn’t, but here I am telling you about it. This went on for almost 2 months with zero effort to contact me back or follow up. Take your business anywhere else. The owner is too old to have every decision run by him. It’s comical how long things linger on, with that policy of 60 days and your jewelry is now ours. I got my stuff back by a week or so. How convenient

Tatiana Jaacks Hands down my favorite jeweler in Florida! Went to multiple places looking for help to design my engagement ring and found Diamond Bay Jewelers to be the best fit. Monica and Tiffany made the process seamless and fun! Even when I thought I was being too picky on the size and shape they were incredibly patient and kind showing me multiple options. I felt that they really cared to ensure I got the right diamond and setting for my ring. My now fiancé and I loved my ring so much that we went back to get his wedding band as they had a great selection of men’s rings to try on and we ended up with even better than what he first imagined. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you want to design a ring and you want to see options and enjoy the process, they are absolutely the kindest souls in the area and my fiancé and I could not be happier with our rings! Reed Demos I have been many places in my life throughout many years of traveling the world. That being said, I have never been to a place that has left my soul as satisfied as my inner quest. The store owner Louis literally had an aura around him that had me questioning whether or not he was an angel that had fallen from the heavens only to serve in his current capacity so that my path in life would alter in ways that cannot be expressed in such a small word count. Without him, the jewelry, paired with impossible to find antiques and relics... I would be a mere mortal and not the heaven struck pawn that I currently find myself. If I could write tears so that they seep from the mobile device that this review is being read.. I would do it. Take five stars, multiply it by a trillion and take it to the depths of infinity and you will only begin to understand the untapped, unaltered, prodigious potential of this shopping experience.
