Name This group of people from the ladies to the guys are absolutely excellent! They are attentive, straight forward, and honest. They have literally bent over backwards to help me in every way possible throughout my tough financial hardship. They literally will do anything they can to help as long as you’re honest and direct with them. I have never had a finance company that felt like you were talking to a friend or an actual human till I financed here. Yeah my interest is a bit high but that is due to my own faults and divorce. They are a bank that cares and gives high risk loan customers a second chance. Heck they’ve even given me my car back before. I would suggest them to anyone and when I’m out of my rough patch I’ll definitely be sending a care package! Keep up the good work guys and from the bottom of my heart thank you for all that you have done for me.

She made the process quick, easy and to the point. I really appreciate that this place is still around and there are people like Kat to help people like me! Jon D Kim is great. She does a very good job of identifying areas you can use help either currently or in the future. Shes very good at explaining things using laymans terms and relating to your individual situation, to the point where even an uneducated country boy like myself can understand. Shes very knowledgeable but not smug about it like some of the advisors i have dealt with elsewhere. I highly recommend Kim, If youre looking for somone to help with financial planning.

He listened to me like a friend while maintaining a high level of professionalism, expertly advising me on my account. Despite having a different accent, Elijah made sure I felt heard and understood, never making me feel like it was a problem. I had two appointments with him, and both were exceptional. All my doubts were resolved, and the entire process felt effortless, thanks to Elijah’s guidance. During my first appointment at 11:00 am, I arrived early at 10:50 am and was promptly met by Elijah at 11:00 am sharp. His punctuality was impressive. For my second appointment, also at 11:00 am, Elijah even called me at 9:00 am to remind me and ask if there was anything he could prepare or Set up in advance to save my time—such thoughtful service! When I arrived for the second appointment, I noticed him attentively assisting an elderly lady. After finishing, he walked her to the door, which shows how thoughtful and helpful he is.
