1 /5 Greg Garbolinsky: Horrible company, even worse office and staff. Paid personal loan off 2 years early, it took the chico office 3 months to process my repayment and in the meantime they continued to take biweekly payments out of my account for the loan I had already paid off. The check they issued for refund BOUNCED! I will be elevating this as high as it will go. They shouldnt be in allowed to be in business and are clearly struggling financially ... happy July 2023.

I reached out and told them I was just put on disability as well as caring for my 83 year old father who had just gone through surgery.. Well, they did not care. Either you send a payment or they will send it to the credit bureau! Even if its 1 day late!! I cant stand their customer service. Never again! DO NOT GET LOANS THROUGH THIS COMPANY!! - NO PAYMENTS WERE MISSED ON MY END

1 /5 Anthony DeLuca: Doesn’t matter if you’re employed and self employed, and within the credit range, and you accepted an “Outstanding Approval Odds Offer” they offered you - they won’t loan to freelancers.

3 /5 William Grabowski: the amount of the loan was 2,000.00 dollars lesser than what I was told I would get. So after filling out all the paper work and refinancing my truck they told me how much I was getting back. However, the staff was really awesome and patient with me.

He was very pleasant to get a loan with and had great communication during the entire process. Thank you Jon for taking the time to make sure my personal loan worked out and making it a smooth process. Keep up the great work. I highly recommend getting a loan through this company!
