1 /5 Nikki Friend: Very disappointing. I paid for their services 6 months or more and they made no changes to my credit. The fixes should have been simple as I did not have much debt or any complicated things to remove. All that was changed in all that time was an incorrect address. Seems like a scam.

Recardo helped me get started with the enrollment, and Joanna guided me through the entire process, always checking in each month with updates. What I really appreciated was their transparency—every month I could log into the portal and see all the letters they sent to the credit bureaus, so I always knew exactly what was being done on my behalf. Although I was originally told it might take about 6 months, in my case it took closer to 10. Even so, the results speak for themselves—I was able to achieve an 800+ credit score. Their professionalism, patience, and honesty made me feel confident the whole way through. I’m very grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone serious about improving their credit.

Despite my efforts to seek guidance, I always had to initiate contact, and their responses were vague, insisting their dispute letters were sufficient. After a year, my credit score showed minimal improvement, and I was still denied credit applications. When I inquired further, a representative suggested pausing services for three months without clear explanation, and they never followed up to resume my program, leaving me feeling scammed and unsupported.

All you have to do is LISTEN to the three (3) Combo steps and if necessary do follow in through the process. Believe me your credit will go up. My daughter was able to raise her credit score to 60 points within three months, now she’s a Home Owner. Once again thanks to Ricardo Soto.
