Ivan Rojas I’d like to share my experience with you. In 2021, I began house hunting and was disappointed with my initial lender, as big commercial companies often prioritize their wealthy clients, which wasnt the case for me. I was introduced to Nicole through Feagley Realtors during the pandemic when getting immediate help from a lender was challenging due to high demand. Nicole promptly handled my paperwork and assisted me in securing a very good first loan as a first-time home buyer. The remarkable part is that it was all done over the phone and email; I only met Nicole in person after the closing. Fast forward two years later, I returned to Nicoles to strategize my second loan. Without the advice and attention Nicole provided the second time around, Im unsure if I could have obtained another excellent loan for a second property. Nicole and her team worked wonders for a blue-collar worker like myself, hailing from Richmond with little money but a dream. Ill forever be grateful to Nicole and her team for turning my real estate dreams into reality. I hope to return to her office for loan #3 when the time is right, God willing. I strongly encourage you to consider talking to my lender.

Janae M Updated 4/4/19- I must say over the past 2 years B of A has definitely stepped up their game in the business banking. I waited so long to update my review to see if this was just a fluke or if this would last, and it has been smooth sailings for a while now; Im very pleased with how theyve handled the situation. First review- Our company has been banking with B of A for over 17 years and for the last 7 1/2 years Im responsible for making deposits here at the bank. For the last 3 years its been pure hell at their business banking here. At first they couldnt figure out what they wanted their business banking hours to be, and so it changed every other week for about 3 months. Only 2 tellers work the normal line so the teller has to bounce back and forth between the regular line and the business banking line. They have at least 3-4 people that work in the new business which makes no sense to me because they obviously cant deal with the customers they already have. After asking twice I finally received the Branch Manager number and I called him over 2 weeks ago and still havent received a response back. His name is Alex Merino and this is a horrible way to treat a customer that has called and expressed their concern about a business you operate. Bank of America needs to do better and we are currently exploring other options since the Branch Manager cant take the time out to call us back.

Adam Cheung Earl has helped manage my money for 5 years and I could not be happier. His attention to detail, thorough research and excellent communication are all great attributes but he also brings a very personal, grounded approach in the way he really gets to know you and your needs. He was very upfront in describing his approach to investing from our first meeting so as to set proper expectations. Hes not trying to chase the next big thing when he invests. He really digs into individual companies and takes a close look at their pros and cons before deciding if they offer value at a given point in time. In the coming decade, I think this will really bear even more fruit as we are likely facing a stagnant overall stock market where there will be winners, but definitely more losers and where the skill to pick individual stocks will really help Earl shine. Ive always been confident that first and foremost, Earl will protect my capital above all else. But he will also not hesitate to buy when the time and price is right. Its also important that someone has skin in the game and Earls own portfolio mirrors his clients to a large degree as well. In this industry, there are too many advisers and banks that lack accountability so this is much appreciated from my end and adds to the level of trust. All in all, Ive been very happy and impressed.
