We upload our documents through their online portal, Tax Dome. An email is sent out when your taxes return document is completed as well as if your tax return has been accepted. Communication is typically handled via email or messages through Tax Dome, though we prefer email. We usually receive a response within the time frame listed on Yelp—two to three business days. They also offer a customer service phone number, but we mostly rely on their virtual services. In addition to filing our annual taxes, they also assisted us when we were audited one year. Overall, our experience has been excellent, and I highly recommend their services.
