From the start she was professional, friendly, courteous, caring, and very attentive to my every need. She listened with a compassionate heart as my previous insurance company led me down a bad path, so needless to say, I had a bad taste in my mouth. Nicole was extremely understanding and wanted to make my new experience as pleasant as possible and direct me down the right path to where and what it was I was looking for and needed. Jason Faulk I pay for toe service. I called him my vehicle towed. It’s been two Hours and my tow truck driver still has not arrived. I keep getting things for updates that my driver has been delayed. And it’s because they’re giving priority to other people over me even though I have a newborn in my car right now. GEICO contract with horrible tow companies in Bakersfield, California. They do not care about you. They’ll take a job even though they know They can’t get to it for many hours. With no concern of the public they’re supposed to be helping.

Nolan Encarnacion this review is related to how easy it was to cancel my policy. Customer service was understanding and made sure I had coverage before I cancelled by policy. I cancelled because of the rate increase because my Liberty Mutual policy in California was being transferred to Safeco. Im sure theyre fine as an insurance company, but this was an unfortunate situation where I needed to find a better policy.
