Wendy Alvares I’ve purchased a few pieces from Leighton’s over the years and have always been very pleased with the jewelry and the exceptional service. Recently, I worked with Cheryl to redesign a ring. I had quite a bit of emotion attached to the piece and Cheryl was absolutely wonderful. My expectations were far exceeded and I’m completely thrilled with the new version of my old ring! I highly recommend Leighton’s.

I have gone to The King’s Jewelers for quite a few things now and every time I’ve been well taken care of regardless of who I was working with. Old review: For my birthday and to celebrate a milestone I wanted to buy myself an aquamarine ring. Kings Jewelers had a beautiful pear shaped aquamarine and I was able to work with Marielle to design the perfect setting. Marielle was wonderful, she knew exactly what I wanted and was able to custom design the whole thing. My experience there has been fantastic, and I look forward to working with Marielle again.

Thomson Ho Having had my fair share of experiences with various ADs (some not so great), walking into Kerns Jewelers was honestly a huge breath of fresh air. Every time Im in the area, I make an effort to stop by and I always feel so welcome. Its not just a store—they really make you feel like part of the family, even though I am a newer client. This past weekend was no exception and truly set the bar high for me. I would expect nothing less now, and it feels like I found my new home. I had first learned about Kerns Jewelers as a sponsor for the local Hillsborough Concours (Im a huge car nut), and with many of my friends and clients being active attendees and participants over the last few years, I knew I was in the right place. Josette, Mingyi, and Eric are absolutely fantastic. Super knowledgable and respectful team. The entire staff is incredibly hospitable each time I pay a visit. Eric especially went out of his way to meet with me during my last visit this past weekend, and I never once felt any pressure during any previous visits. The team made it super easy to sell a few old pieces I wasnt wearing anymore. The service is truly top-notch and unparalleled. What really stood out was how their genuine interest in my needs led to an easy and natural conversation that felt less like a transaction and more like a real friendship. I felt they took my inquiries seriously and noted everything accordingly. As a business owner (albeit not in a relevant industry), I know how important it is to build genuine relationships with people. The way Eric’s team has conducted business - they’ve completely nailed it. The service was so commendable that I cant even imagine going anywhere else now. I even got to try on some of the few pieces that I liked. Its easy to see why all my friends, colleagues, and even clients speak so highly about this place. Im delighted I found my home and look forward to building a long term relationship with the Kerns family. Im also excited to pay their new Patek boutique in the city a visit one of these days. Morgan As an event coordinator: I had Adore and Joy join our stores third anniversary party and she was wonderful! Professional, showed up on time, communicative, organized, she even took great photos/videos of the event and made sure to tag us on IG. As a customer: I got an ankle bracelet and she had a great selection of chains. Again, she was very professional, had all the supplies she needed, checked her work after she was finished, and I love my new jewelry. 10/10 I highly recommend.

Anna Lee A true hidden gem in San Diego! I can’t say enough good things about Khai. This jewelry store is one of those rare finds — the kind of place you wish you had discovered sooner. I came in with my mom to resize her ring, and Khai was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive. He treated her with such care, guiding her through the process and making sure everything was just right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. The prices are very affordable , especially considering the quality of his work. He also helped me fixing the lock on my bag, he just took care of it quickly and easily. His store has beautiful and unique pieces on display. Next time I’m looking for a ring, I’ll definitely go to Khai and work with him on a custom design. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for fair pricing, excellent craftsmanship, and a jeweler who truly goes above and beyond. A real hidden gem!

XIZHON Absolute #1 local jewelry store and service. I’ve been here a few times and have had all my questions and requests answered with grace and zero complications. They also have wonderful cleaning services. Will be coming back.

And we just finished hashing out the design for a new mothers day ring featuring my sons birthstone! Ive gotten so many compliments on my rings, and they are truly one of a kind ❤

Lady Gagalka Tamara did an excellent job fixing a unique necklace of mine of which a piece had broken off. She recreated the missing piece and laser welded it back together. Me and my partner purchased some beautiful claddagh rings and she is refitted them to our size fingers. Tamara knows so much and can custom make jewelry for you down to the finest detail. The store has so many cool things to see. Definitely worth checking out!
