From the moment I walked in, Alexa greeted me with genuine warmth, professionalism, and patience that immediately put me at ease. She took the time to carefully listen to what I was looking for, guided me through different options, and explained everything with such knowledge and clarity. Alexa truly went above and beyond—making sure every detail was perfect and that I felt completely confident with my purchase. Her customer service is exemplary in every aspect: friendly, attentive, honest, and sincerely caring. What stood out most was her ability to balance professionalism with a personal touch. She never rushed me, made excellent recommendations, and created such a pleasant shopping experience that I left not only with the perfect piece of jewelry but also with gratitude for her kindness. 5 /5 Mercedes Gramajo: Diana was such a pleasure to work with. She handled all my concerns with my jewelry cleaning, resizing, and finding a band to compliment my engagement ring. She was very patient and gave great recommendations. She had absolutely no problem showing me as MANY rings as I desired and saved the ones I loved to my wishlist. We had some issues with finding my warranty plans under my phone number since my wife purchased my ring at another store, however, she persisted and we did end up finding the plan. She had great customer service and I would 100% come back to this location.

Although Lakewood is the closest store to us, we’re seriously considering driving farther to the Stonewood location due to repeated issues and poor customer service. Despite having warranties on all the jewelry we’ve purchased, we’ve continuously faced unnecessary charges and confusion. On our first visit, staff attempted to charge us until we pointed out our warranty. On the second visit, a simple repair took over a month, though we were told it would take no more than three weeks. Most recently, we brought in a ring with a cracked band—something that should have been covered under warranty. Instead, upon arrival we were told it was over $100 because the employee incorrectly wrote that we requested a thicker band, which we never asked for. We only requested the crack to be filled. After back-and-forth discussions with the manager, we were told she would cover the repair out-of-pocket. However, we later received a receipt showing that the fee was simply reduced—not covered personally—confirming misleading communication and a lack of accountability. This is the same manager that wont call you back after employees "leave numerous notes to call customer." Unfortunately, we no longer trust this location and will not return. Zales has lost our business, and I recommend anyone considering a purchase to explore other jewlers first. -----------Update 7-23-25 ---------- Following a thorough examination of the ring, it was discovered to have two perforations. This suggests a potential for future structural failure within a few months, necessitating a return for repair and a recurrence of this situation. We advise against making purchases from Zales.
