John Starrett I have been exceedingly unsatisfied with the "services" offered from Dinan and Associates. On many occasions they have failed to communicate the matters of my case with me. My repeated attempts to contact their office always must first be funneled through their answering service. While the answering service personnel are polite and professional, it often takes as long as 10 minutes just to get the offices voicemail box. As far as the law firm itself goes, they never call me to communicate whats even going on. For a service Im paying $100/hour for I would expect, at minimum, a courtesy call from time to time. In the end, being entirely off put by poor office management, I ended up requesting a full refund of my retainer. Of course, I have been promised said refund would be posted by a certain day, it has failed to be delivered as stated. This office is great at telling you exactly what you want to hear, and fail to deliver an anything at all. If your attorney shopping, I advice you pass this one over and find more reputable and respected legal representation.

jonelle williams I recently consulted with Mr. Jeffrey about a very minor medical debt issue, hoping that he could at least help me to get a better idea of which direction to take to bring it to a successful resolution. I was SO pleasantly surprised to have been able to consult with him and to have received so much value within such a short time. Even though my issue has nothing to do with bankruptcy law and is infinitely trivial in comparison to Mr. Jeffreys typical case load, he was so informative, forthcoming, and very gracious with his counsel. I walked away feeling much more relieved and confident about my issue, and I now have a clear roadmap on how to resolve my minor issue for myself. It is always nice to find places where great service still exists for those who need direction, assurance, and access to specialized information. Mr. Jeffreys assistance was literally a Godsend, and I really hope that those in need of his expertise feel encouraged to consider consulting with and/or retaining Mr. Jeffrey for his services. As the kids these days say, "Not all heroes wear capes!"

B C Excellent. Jacqueline and Co. helped me deftly navigate some tricky questions when it came to a relatives estate (this estate was a veritable mess). Their responses were always thorough and timely. Even better, their approach to billing is reasonable and transparent. Not always the case for attorneys. 10/10 would recommend.
