1 /5 Larry C.: DO NOTHING LAWYER I hired Anna Serrambana to represent me for an Elder abuse case against my mom and probate litigation during my mothers terminal illness. This was an excruciating time in my life, only exacerbated by Annas lack of professionalism and knowledge about how to perform as promised. She performed at the Tball level while the opposing counsel was playing in the Major Leagues. On the rare exchange between Anna and opposing counsel, Anna was befuddled and over run. If you want to hire a weak, confused and negligent lawyer who doesnt return communication, hire this incompetent lawyer. I tried calling, texting and emailing Anna over a 5 month period and was ignored. I personally visited her office on numerous occasions and she was never there and still refused to reply despite messages left. I called her personal assistant, Mariela Rivas who also refused to return communication. A&R Law is a sham of a law firm consisting of Anna alone who, majored in hide and seek strategies throughout. I am currently suing her for incompetence and negligence and breach of fiduciary duty to her client. I wouldnt hire her to argue a spelling error in a spelling bee contest.
