My spouse and I booked a consultation with Yael and from first meeting we knew she was the attorney for us. Being a same sex couple has it’s own unique set of challenges when it comes to navigating a green card petition for marriage in that there isn’t many examples online to reference for self filing. My spouse and I wanted to ensure we did this right the first time and that’s where the team at Brudner Law excelled. From the start Yael and her team were warm, encouraging and excited to work with us. They helped us prepare our case, gathered evidence and ensured we had all bases covered. Our consultation was in February, we filed in end of May for AOS, Petition for Alien Relative, and Work Authorization. Within a few weeks an appointment for biometrics was set; next day approved the EAD. Within a week or so from that approval we had an interview scheduled for July 31. At the interview, we had Attorney Yael with us and we had an approval on the spot in record time. I know our situation is a one of a kind approval, but honestly none of this would have been possible if it wasn’t for this amazing team we had on our case. They thoroughly ensured our case had all the evidence needed. No RFEs were issued, it was one approval after the next. Even the security guard when we were leaving the building was chatting with Yael and commented how she’s one of the best in the business. A true testament to her reputation. Thank you again!!
