T H It was as easy as coming in, picking out the car I wanted, and then getting approved. This is my 1st time buying a car and this was the best place in town. They are all very nice and Octavio was our salesman. He was very professional and not pushy. The interest rate is the best in town for sure since we shopped around. As someone new to Chico, opening my first bank account in the U.S. could have been daunting, but I’m glad I chose Bank of America. Elijah was incredibly patient and helpful. He listened to me like a friend while maintaining a high level of professionalism, expertly advising me on my account. Despite having a different accent, Elijah made sure I felt heard and understood, never making me feel like it was a problem. I had two appointments with him, and both were exceptional. During my first appointment at 11:00 am, I arrived early at 10:50 am and was promptly met by Elijah at 11:00 am sharp. His punctuality was impressive.
