This office is hands down the BEST and most reliable insurance agency I have ever been with and State Farm provides exceptional coverage. I especially love Jessica Espinoza in their office...she gets right on top of everything and follows through to ensure her clients are taken care of. If you are in need of insurance look no further.

I remembered i had a car issue on a weekend, and googled it myself for an hour only to get expensive solutions. Not sure what to do, so I reached out to Pamela Chen, obviously it was not her working hour. She replied my message immediately and gave me a better-then-expected solution, which avoided me to pay anything out of my pocket in the end. Very professional and friendly team that are lucky to have in orange county.
