Brett Elkins I have been with Grant Miles for about 15 years and find him to be very helpful, insightful honest and fair. We were able to get a policy that other agents simply couldnt get. Grant is a special person, as is his long time assistant Erika as well and easy to talk to. He is the best State Farm Agent Ive used in 40 years.

Ann Marie Ziomek Raul and Jennifer are wonderful. After a horrible two years of incompetent customer service with my Blue Shield Medicare supplement (involving one of my doctors never getting paid by Blue Shield despite Medicare authorizing the charges), I looked around and switched to State Farm last year. A small snag came up, Raul looked into it and fixed it right away! I hadnt known that State Farm offers Medicare supplement plans, but they do and Raul and his team provide the best customer service I have received. Thank you, Raul and Jennifer!
