3 /5 Manning32 Manning001: Nice people, nice bank,good customer service, horrible hours though. They are literally open from 9-5 and not open on the weekends. Makes it hard when the working person, works 8-5. Have to take my lunch brake to go to the bank or go to the next town thats open on the weekends. And if you deposit on Friday dont expect it processed tell Tuesday I dont know what that deal is about that so I cant blame the bank entirely.

5 /5 Mary P: Great customer service! Visited for the first time in Colusa. I had recently moved and had my new checks ordered and delivered to my new address but I NEVER received them. Tri Counties is one of the banks I use. I went into this location and was presently surprised of how professional and welcoming the staff was! I was fortunate to have DIANA F wait on me - she was so knowledgeable and put my concerns at ease. She made sure no checks had been written on my account and also handled the cancellation and creation of a new account with ease and efficiency! I was so thankful that the process was not lengthy - thanks to Dianas expertise! Also thanks to Stephanie for great customer service at the front counter ! Good experience in a very small town where everyone seems to know each other! They have a drive thru and walk up ATM as well. GOOD JOB COLUSA!
