1 /5 Mar V: A couple of years ago I borrowed from these guys. They struck me a pretty unprofessional then but I paid off the loan and forgot about them. Then I was contacted by a collection agency in Chicago--another really lax outfit. Part of their complaint was that they had not been able to contact me. I have not changed contact information in 11 years--so that was the big clue that these guys are bogus. I challenged them and sent them the evidence of the payoff. They would not stop even when I asked them to return the loan to the client. I contacted Freedom and sent then the documentation. The collection agency persisted. So this is simple--I sent the information to the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation. It was accepted so I will let them work it out. Use these guys at your own risk.

1 /5 grace white: Applied for a loan December 31 got approved was supposed to get the loan Jan 2nd didnt receive it called on Jan 3rd was told my account number was wrong and that it would be fixed and I would have fund by the end of the day here it is Jan 4th and still no funds its been resent to the underwriting department to update my correct account funny this is this happened the last time I got a loan and when they had me confirm my account thru text message it was correct (have the text to prove it) this company makes like you feel there out to scam you offers you a loan but does everything not to get you the money .yes I cancelled my loan I dont recommend going thru this company unless you want to go thru the hassle.

1 /5 Daniel Ensign: I just submitted my application for a loan and the underwriting department denied my application! I make $15,000 every month! It’s supposed to be an equal opportunity in this country but it’s really not! I would not recommend this company for anyone who is looking for a loan. It’s a shame that we live in a country that opportunity does not exist! It seems like only the middle class and wealthy are given access to loans and the poor are left with nothing! Sad!

1 /5 Sincere One: I have paid off numerous of loans with this company then all of a sudden when I paid off my last loan and I reapplied I was denied they said wait a cou of days I reapplied and was denied then got a text message to reapply then got denied again so I wouldn’t ever use this company again the reps argue with you all the time it’s not worth it at all they so don’t waste your time with this company at all
