I have been a customer of AAA since the late 80s. Although, there are many automobile insurers, I have stayed with California State Automobile Associations because they offer excellent follow-up, quick auto fixes, great hard copy maps of all USA cities, Via magazine, and much more. Ramona Ingrassia David Wong, my insurance agent with State Farm, is fantastic along with his wife Priscilla. Now he’s gone one step further, and he’s hired a wonderful lady named Roxy in Alabama to cover certain things that she specializes in to give his customer the best of service. I had a wonderful experience and feel very comfortable now with what is to transpire. I was not at fault, and they are going to take care of what I have to do every step of the way. I have an appointment with the body shop and then I have to go back to drop the car off since it is drivable and then they will have set up a rental car for me as soon as I let them know When I will need the car. No worries. Life can be stressful enough, and I think that my agent and his staff do their best to make everything go smoothly, especially when it was no fault of your own. Way to go!
