5 /5 Gina Kilmer: We were looking for a truck and had heard wonderful things about Thompsons dealership in placerville. We spoke to Matt and he asked all the right questions to find out specifically what we were looking for. We thought that we were going to have to design it, and order it, in order to get exactly what we wanted which would take much longer. But Matt went right to work and found the truck we wanted at another dealership and was able to acquire it for us. When we went in to pick up the vehicle everything went extremely smoothly. Miguel in finance was great and made things so simple. Everyone there was so friendly, even down to the young man moving vehicles in the lot. I dont think we could have had a better experience and would not hesitate to work with them again.

5 /5 matthew beausoleil: I picked up my Dodge Charger Daytona R/T recently from Thompsons, this is the second vehicle we have purchased from the Thompson family and I had an excellent sales experience. I found the deal through family and so I called to make sure it was still available, the sales person, Gregg, located the vehicle while I waited on the phone and he assured me it was still there. I arrived and met Gregg at the front door. He was friendly and was expecting me. We took the car for a test drive and he answered all of my questions patiently and kindly. He was very familiar with the cars features which is hard to find some times when it comes to EVs. He was NOT a high pressure sales person like you find at some of the larger auto malls. When I agreed to lease the vehicle, it was honestly a 15-20 minute ordeal. I worked with Miguel in the finance office and he was quick in getting me in and out, he didnt try to pressure me into a warranty programs or anything like that. He also answered all of my questions on the lease details honestly and was very knowledgeable. Between the price, shopping experience and professionalism. I had a wonderful experience and I really appreciate the team you have at your dealership.

Greg and the team at Thompsons knew we were in a hurry and got us through the whole process very quickly. The price discounts were applied up front and the financing manger went through all the paperwork quickly and succinctly. Overall it was a great buying experience.
