1 /5 Dustin Ditzenberger: I consulted L.M. Professional Tax Services to file my 2023 tax return and they somehow managed to file income in two different states. Now Ive been sent to collections for over $5,000 because of Lizs errors and when I called, I got no response. I called for 3 months and a man answered the phone promising to call back, and Im still waiting for that call back. Liz avoids responsibility for her mistakes and will leave you to solve the problems she creates. I highly recommend finding a different tax consultant because if she makes a mistake you will pay for her ineptitude.
