Christine Diaz Lisa has been doing our taxes for 20+ years. We live out of state now and still have her preparing our taxes. She is knowledgeable, fair, easy to reach for questions and I cant imagine going anywhere else. I goofed one year and forgot to send her a W-2 and when the IRS contacted us months later, Lisa worked with them to have penalties and interest removed if we paid the missing tax immediately. That alone was worth having a professional do your taxes! We value our relationship with Lisa.

Brandi Taamai My husband and I had to call the customer service number and close out our account because we are struggling and we needed the money. So they said It wouldn’t be in our account in 4 days so we wait out the four days and lo and behold today we look in there and it says it was canceled they have done a disservice to us we are struggling which is why we needed to take out the money in the first place and they did not help us now they’re saying tomorrow. I only gave one star because I had to.

Jayce Walker I have 2 business accounts here, great friendly service on a first name basis with much clearer and better organized statements than any bank Ive used. They are networked with a solid payroll company and helped me get my payroll handled efficiently and hassle free. I prefer to use a regional bank that doesnt invest in derivatives (or pipelines or set up phony accounts) like the big national banks do and have done. I prefer a more local community conscious approach to banking. I did my research on regional banks and how they operate, how safe etc. Umpqua came out on top...and my day to day experience with them has been a great!
