In my immigration case, my first attempt without a lawyer I was denied because I did not submit certified court documents. Patrick also did not submit all the right documentation.
The civil case he never should have accepted because he is not a civil litigation lawyer. I trusted him to take on the case after having a consultation with him. He said "I know Judge John Mayne in civil court, we go out to eat." "Hes fair and looks at all sides" which was not the case. Judge Mayne is prejudiced and does not hide it.
We have a hostile neighbor couple who calls the cops on us whenever we play Mexican music. In the last 2 years they have filed multiple restraining orders on me. Thats why I decided to hire a lawyer to help. After accepting payment he didnt even bother to read the statements. He said "I only skimmed through them" when I asked him if he read them.
One of the hostile neighbors is a retired sheriff, who I witnessed choke someone out in the alley. I gave Patrick the police report number and he never submitted a request. This same person was arrested for assaulting another neighbor, which is why my family has been concerned by his behavior.
I would not trust Patrick on a serious case where you could get deported or a case that involves losing your rights. I would not have hired him for my immigration case because if it would have gone to trial there was no way he was going to win.

Cuidado con este señor no es un hombre de palabra. No protegió a mi family ni mis derechos. Es amigo del juez, y le tuvo miedo a mis vecinos porque es un sherif retirado. Lleven testigos cuando hablen con el porque les cambia la historia. Tomen notas. No lo recomiendo. Hay mejores abogados que si son honestos.
My review is to inform people who might consider hiring you. I’m not looking for your response to clarify things and I wont play your lawyer games. You clearly spent more time on your response than you did defending my family.
After court, you told my wife and I how Judge Mayne was unfair and how he would have ruled the case different if the music I played was in English.
Patrick, the judge himself disclosed that you guys are friends and go out to eat. It was the first thing he said in court. Judge John R Mayne said “Mr Kolasisnski and I go out to eat...are the Parkers ok with that?” They responded “yes.” That was said in court with everyone there. You said it to me in your office during the consultation and he repeated it in court. Court is open to the public I wasn’t the only one who heard the judge say that.
Your advice was for me to wear a headset when I do yard work.
I consulted with a local civil attorney and discussed all the details in the case. They couldn’t understand why you handled the case the way you did. There are also more personal details about you that I can’t share for legal reasons.
Im not afraid to speak up on your antics, or my neighbors hostile attitude toward my wife and kids, and the corrupt court. We all know how they side with their sheriffs. They act like can do no wrong even though the country has witnessed their behavior. The RO was to protect my wife and kids, you did not do what you said you would. Even now in your response you did not mention what you did do to defend my family or my rights, because you didn’t do anything.
