Ed Gayati Terrible lawyer! Corrupted and rude and has no values of doing justice to victims. I do not recommend him after I hired him for a malpractice case against kaiser he sided with them took the money and make decision in their favor. Despicable! I’m filing an appeal and reporting him and his office of misconduct.

Mr. Chiao had a very detailed break down to answer all my questions and concerns based on California Law and CC&Rs. I highly suggest this law firm even if you just want to go through CC&Rs before you make property purchase in a condominium community.
