5 /5 Sunny Sun: I had a consultation with Mr. Chiao yesterday regarding some issues that I had with HOA and property management. Mr. Chiao had a very detailed break down to answer all my questions and concerns based on California Law and CC&Rs. I highly suggest this law firm even if you just want to go through CC&Rs before you make property purchase in a condominium community. This law firm tells you the pros and cons based on your individual situation. They don’t pressure you to file a lawsuit unless it’s necessary. I would definitely refer my friends to this law firm if they had any real estate related legal issues.

For legal consultation, I was charged a very reasonable fee and was put into next available consultation slot. Had him via on Zoom for 1hr along with documents email to him. He was able to very quickly assess and explain to me clearly what needs to be done, what to expect and how resolve the problem. He is very professional, knowledgeable, frank and made me feel a lot more at ease with my situation in less than the hour that was booked. His follow-up later was also extremely helpful and thoughtful. 5 stars

5 /5 Charlotte: I’m glad I found Mr. Ching Chiao to help me with my nightmare of property management issue started with a lousy lease agreement. Especially when the City of my rental property issued an unfair rent control law this year, it made my circumstance all the worse. I knew I needed a real professional attorney to give me good advice and edit the lease agreement to end the undesirable situation, and that is when I reached out to Mr. Chiao. I made an initial phone consultation with Mr. Chiao, and he sounded very kind and knowledgeable. He proposed numerous viable paths to resolve my problem and he did not rush me at all during the consultation. After the phone call with Mr. Chiao, I felt much more confident, and I asked him to continue to provide support in drafting a new lease template to protect my interest. Mr. Chiao and his coworker Christine did a great job in drafting the new lease. They were very professional and patient. All of my inquiries were responded promptly and efficiently. By the way, they both speak fluently Mandarin as well. Finally, I got a new lease agreement within two weeks, and in before I met with the tenants. I highly recommend Mr. Ching Chiao and his team! Mr. Chiao puts in the extra time to really research the situation and he gives great advice and truly cares about the outcome. Plus, Mr. Chiao is a real estate investor himself and that experience will really help the landlords. Anyway, I would recommend Mr. Ching Chiao to anyone looking for an honest and great attorney.
